Classes are taught in both English and Thai, dependent upon preference.

Pieces of boneless chicken, marinated in yogurt with spices and grilled.

Mint Chutney
A mint dip accompanies any kind of appetizer dish.

Chicken Tikka Masala / Butter Chicken
Tandoori chicken tikka slowly simmered in our gravy.

Bombay Potatoes
Potatoes sautéed in curry leaves and a variety of spices.

Yellow Saffron Pilau Rice
Long grain basmati rice flavored with saffron and mild spices.

Mixed Indian Salad
A variety of vegetables with a very light dressing.

Crispy triangular pastry appetizers filled with vegetables and traditional spices.

Tamarind Chutney
Tamarind sauce cooked to a sweet, sour and spicy taste.

Chicken Vindaloo
Large pieces of chicken with tender potatoes, cooked in a hot blistering tangy sauce.

Alu Gobi
Flavorful Indian vegetarian dish made with potatoes, cauliflower and exotic spices, sautéed in ginger, onion and fresh tomatoes.

Cucumber Raita
Yogurt with cucumbers, flavored with light delicate spices.

Onion Pickle
Shallots cooked with vinegar, sugar and pickled.

Learn how to marinate and cook tender lamb.

Lamb Rogan Josh
Boneless lamb pieces, simmered in a sauce made with onions, yogurt and spices.

Yellow Dal
Yellow lentils seasoned with spices and topped with brown onions.

Chapati Breads
Light and healthy whole wheat grilled bread that compliments most curries.

Paratha Bread
Buttered whole wheat extra layered bread.
