Cooking Courses for Hotel & Restaurant Chefs
Cooking classes will be taught in three (3) sessions.
Students are able to design preferred menu for course.

Time and date upon your preference.
Classes are taught in both English and Thai, dependent upon preference.
Minimum eight (8) students per class.
Fee per course – 2,900 Baht per person
Cooking class includes:
How to recognize good quality spices and their strength.
How spices compliment each other bringing good tasty results.
Roasting and storing of spices.
Essential and basic spices used in Indian cooking.
All classes will include:
A recipe folder
All the ingredients for cooking
An apron
A 500 Baht gift voucher to dine at Mrs Balbir’s
