Vegetarian Indian Cooking Classes

Learn over 20 authentic dishes in four days.

Classes start at 10:30 am – 1:00 pm.

Regular fee per course – 10,000 Baht, now a 50% Discount, 5,000 Baht per student.

Classes are taught in both English and Thai, dependent upon preference.

Students will receive a Certificate upon completion.

Promotional offer – Two students for 10,000 Baht / 5,000 Baht per student – Four sessions.

Cooking with Paneer
Learn how to make and store your own homemade cottage cheese.

Mint Chutney
A mint dip accompanies any kind of appetizer dish.

Kashmiri Paneer Kebabs
Cottage Cheese marinated with spices, raisins, nuts moulded into croquettes and deep fried.

Sag Paneer
Spinach and cottage cheese curry.

Lemon Channa Basmati Rice
Long grain Basmati rice, flavored with fresh lemon juice, lentils and saffron.

Channa Masala
Chickpea curry cooked in Punjabi northern style.

Bhatura Bread
Leavened deep fried bread that goes well with the chickpea curry.

Mixed Vegetable Jalfrezi
Sautéed fresh vegetables cooked with cumin, garam masala and additional spices.

Pineapple Raita
A yogurt side dish flavored with roasted spices and cubes of pineapple.

Red Onion Pickle
Shallots cooked with vinegar, sugar and pickled.

Popular Indian vegetable fritters dipped in spiced gram flour batter and deep fried.

Tamarind Chutney
Tamarind sauce cooked to a sweet, sour and spicy taste.

Paneer Tikka Masala / Paneer Makhani
Homemade cheese cooked in rich tomato based gravy and spices.

Bhindi Bhaji
Fried okra cooked with chunky pieces of tomatoes and onion in spices.

Peas Pilau
Basmati rice cooked with fresh green peas and seasoned with cumin seeds.

Yellow lentils seasoned with spices and topped with brown onions.

Baigan Bharta
Grilled eggplant seasoned with spices and peas.

Chapatis
Light and healthy whole wheat grilled bread that compliments most curries.

Stuffed Parathas
Indian pan fried layered bread stuffed with your favorite filling.

Ketchumber Salad
Delicious salad made from tomatoes, cucumbers and onions.
